one side of cover is paper thin

one side of the cover is paper thin. How did Quality Assurance, the Lowes store, and the associate who delivered it to me miss this? I'm annoyed that I now have to take it in to return it for another, hopefully, normal one. Do Better.

They look great when new.

They last a few years and then you put a new one on. Fortunately, they have been the same for a long time and are easy to replace. In my case just have to drill a couple of holes and the screws go in the same place.
