They crack from being in the sum after a few years
Product does not last as long as it should. The guarantee is supposed to be for 5 years. but I never had one that lasted more than a few years - maybe 3 years. They crack because of being exposed to direct sunlight for most of the day. I have never tried to back to Lowes because I can no longer find the receipt. I buy them because I have not seen anything better on the market.
