Very poor design. This product will continue to disengage from its point of attachment to the housing when you mow taller grass and/or pulling the mower backwards through taller grass. Aggravating.

Poor chute deflector design
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the mower to trim around the many bushes and trees in our yard. I usually have to stop the mower 6-8 times each time I mow to put the deflector back on and that makes me angry each time it happens ! Seems like any proximity to a tree or bush will cause it to dislodge - can’t always protect that side of mower from contact. I can’t believe this wasn’t obvious when design was tested before sold. Is there a hack to keep it in place “...
