Would Not RecommendJust assume that you will have to buy new batteries when you buy the flashlight. I bought two and both had dead batteries. One of the batteries was leaking and required a cleanup. If you are making a purchase in the store, it would be a good idea to try it to see if it works and then open it up and look at the batteries before you buy it.

I bought of five of these flashlights and one did not work. The batteries were corroded and the springs were rusted. They were located on the endcap and I just grabbed them right before I checked out. I checked a few and they worked. I must have missed checking the one that didn’t work. These are small flashlights but have very bright lights. My grandkids love them.
