Would RecommendOutperforms (brighter than) the "as seen on tv" 5000 lumen light. Much brighter. If you are looking for a flashlight for up-close work, this ain't it - it's too bright. But for an outdoor light, I have never had a better compact light. Awesome product for my purposes!!
