The dimming is smooth and works great with our dimmable lights. The pedal switch feels solid in the slider makes it easy to adjust brightness. Would Not RecommendHad to replace Lutron Diva dv-600p that had failed toggle switches on 6-7 different locations. This Lutron Diva dvcl-153p was the next closest switches with dimmer. Didn't need the signal wire for this particular installation. So far the 2 switches i installed for high hat lighting works well. Unfortunately these switches are more than double the price compared to only 4-5 years ago.

Make sure you have the right wiring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought i could use this for a light in my room. Turns out, I can't use it in any room of my house due to the type of light and wiring. I don't have that. However, a family member is building their house, so I'll be giving it to them. My parents have this light and I really like it.
