OK Switch, Clunky User Interface

The product is good, but I am just hooking it into my smart home and will not be using the app for control. Not a great interface but connects well to my smart home.

After installing this smart switch in my home I must say that I am absolutely delighted with this product. This switch has completely transformed the way I interact with the lights in my home, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional switch now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Claro Smart Switch was very easy to install. The entire installation took about 20 minutes. I installed it in my dining room since my kids always leave the light on in this room. I can now turn them off without getting up and out my room. I was also able to connect to my Alexa and can turn the lights on or off with voice commands. Very useful, good quality and easy installation.

Great light switch

A great feature is that it can be connected to an app to control the lights. This makes it a great switch to have in a bedroom. It also updates our home due to it’s modern look. It was pretty easy to install. I definitely recommend this.

Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been working on upgrades in a new apartment and decided to install the Claro Smart Switch in the master bedroom with a ceiling fan. It works beautifully! The installation process was simple and straight forward, I believe a DIY’er could follow directions and get it done easily. I tested it out with a Alexa hub and I’m able to control the switch that way as well. I plan to get the Lutron dimmer switch for my ceiling light in the living room...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These switches are as easy to hook up as a regular switch, and work great for our outside security lights! The app is user friendly, I haven’t tried to use it with Alexa yet. Will be buying more of these to replace my current switches.

Works with or without hub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these. I already have Lutron switches so the look and color matches the rest of my home. I like the set up of it working with or without the hub. This was used used without the hub. But with a Pico wireless controller. So I get some of the control. I will need to add the hub to truly unlock the full potential. That is my biggest gripe with all smart home devices, the varied hubs and protocols that can make it confusing. Installing the...

We have these in most of the house

We usually program the remote to it and put the remote on the wall w/ an outlet cover to make it a two way switch. To make it a smart switch you do need a separate hub which we don't have yet.

Perfect for us

It has a remote which is a game changer for us so we could leave the hall light on while the kids go to sleep and then later we can turn off the light from our bed. It was easy to install. It looks great also. Could not be more pleased. Just need a few more

Very convenient!

I really enjoy being able to control my bedroom lighting from the convenience of my phone without having to get up and down. It’s compatible with most phones and very easy to set up and user friendly. I’m happy with how well it works!

Awesome design

I saw and read the instructions when deciding to take a chance on using it. At first, I ran into the issue of it being durable and usable enough in a room that I use frequently with the ton of jobs I have. So far so good I'm going to give it a year and see if I buy some more for my home.

The coloring was nice and neutral going with all my home décor. The instructions are very easy to use. Was able to do it in a quick minute

I really like the little remote, which keeps me lot of freedom to control fan and light without standing. I can literally do it seating on my couch. I would love to get this kind of switch for my entire house. I highly recommend this product who are looking for a smart version of technology in a house.

Great smart switch!

We installed this in our front room and are able to control the adjacent lamps from both the switch and the app or voice control like Alexa. It's great for turning them off remotely at bedtime, or when we are out of the house. Love the possibilities that come with the Caseta Smart line. Easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying different smart light switches to see which one I like the best, and this one is definitely the one I like the most. It was easy to connect and set up compared to the other ones. You have to figure out the app on this though, but once it's done, it's very easy.

Custom light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light was fairly easy to install. You can control this with your smartphone but it takes awhile to set up . It didn’t always respond to the settings on the app. For smart lights with app control I would recommend a whole house installment instead.
