Healthy Plants Questionable Delivery Charges
It is healthy and cheerful. I did not review the care products and soil, as I haven’t yet witnessed their effects. I have been a longtime fan of Lowe’s, but struggle to understand the delivery fees for mulch. Especially when concerning 12 bags delivered just three miles.
