I have had all positive experiences with Lowe's order and curbside pickup until this one. i believe you were understaffed since the phone call, which I resorted to when your computer process wouldn't work, rang for over two minutes without an answer. I flagged down an employee who was collecting carts in the parking lot. He took care of me.
