marginal quality straw with some hay
Would Not RecommendMarch 2025 long leaf straw was not fresh. Like months old with some hay straw mixed in with pine sap clumps.

Would Not RecommendYour pine straw was 6.88 a bail and your competitor was 4.97 a bail. So I went to the competitor for the balance of what I needed. Their straw was much better, I think yours may have been from last year.

Mostly good
Delivery was timely and guys delivering kindly placed order in area not blocking driveway / garage door. Pine Straw itself pretty good but somewhat filled with older gray small pieces of straw instead of all cleaner straw with newer color. Overall, not bad for price though I'd prefer no old dingy small pieces of straw as filler

Overpriced pine needles
Would Not Recommend$6.88 for a bale of "not even close to fresh" pine needles. This is absurd. I see why you don't have the price listed anywhere.
Pine straw review
The pine straw purchased was old, brittle and dark. Returned what I could. Looked way worse than the old pine straw that was already on the ground. Have purchased it before and it was okay

Would RecommendOur landscaper said it looked like we got the back end of the truck. The needles crumbled and were hard to spread. Not all of it was bad but over half was.

Not enough for the money
Better quality than usual but, still had sticks and pine cones in it. Price has gotten out of control. Paid <$5 per bale a few years ago. Pine trees haven’t quit shedding pine needles

Older Pine Needles
Some of the bales were old!!! Pine needles crumbled while being spread. Most of the bales were fine and were above average in quality. I purchased over 30 bales and probably 1 in 6 were older and faded.
