Perfect for our family!

I bought this to make it easier for our family. We also have others (contractors, etc) who need access to our home. This was a very reasonable priced option! I love the additional Wi-Fi feature that integrates with Alexa. Installation was pretty simple and it works really well. The mechanism itself is very solid and has some weight to it which makes it sturdy!

Love the LOCKLY

The lock allows fingerprint recognition which is so easy for me to access my door. I didn’t think I would be able to set it up by myself but it was so easy.

Ease of Use When Multiple People Need Access

I added this smart lock to an audio-video room. Multiple different people need access on different days. At first, folks thought it was overboard. It was a simple solution that I constantly get questions about. I talk these things up so much it's almost like I work at Lockly. HA!

Easy to use

Love the ease of use. I like that I can have different codes for different guests and have the code expire when they leave. I love that I can update or assist remotely.

This is our second brand of smart door lock/handle for our house. I really like the features such as how easy it is to add new numbers for people to access the lock. However, there is a very simple option missing: there is no quick, manual way to unlock the door. You have to go through about 6 steps in the app to enable Welcome Mode. There is a physical button on the back of the lockset - why Lockly has chosen NOT to provide that as a simple unlock/lock option escapes me. Godo product, just not ...

Smart lick

Works good , I have another company’s lock that has a separate keypad , nothing but problems. . This one works good batteries last about a yr or so

Integration.

Absolutely love the lock, but would wish to have Control4 integration to communicate with my smart home.

Outstanding lock; perfect for short-term rental!

After extensive research, I purchased this for my short-term rental and after a full year, this lock has stood up to 10-15 different users month accessing the door via the lock. Managing the codes is a snap with the app, and the lock is secure and solid. Installation was a breeze, even on an older door with a difficult set-up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Everything works fine, except for the fingerprint is too close to the door frame being on the side to work.

Great features and great app!

This is my third Smart Lock from Lockley. Easy to use and easy to program. I have all 3 locks at three different locations for my business, home, and short-term rental. Makes it very easy to add/remove associates at work and very easy to set temporary codes at my short-term rental. Love Lockley!
