No fingerprint, no problem.

Would Recommend

Love everything about this product. The only issue we are having is the fingerprint reliability. Even though it takes multiple scans of your finger and works immediately thereafter, the very next day it does not. We just did a firmware update, I’m hoping that it will improve. If it does, I will be happy to update this review. Everything else it claimed works beautifully. Overall, we are very pleased.

Great features but needs improvement

The lock was great when everything worked good video recording, good safety with the shuffling of number(really loved this feature) good audio, but once the hub went bad it was only good for local connection via bluetooth and if you try to reset using the lockly guide for setting up a new hub it will end up as junk. Lockly need to implement the actual wifi card inside the lock and improve the design with rechargable battery(would need to swap out rechargeable energizer batteries every month)

Easy and secured

I installed the Lockly vision elite a month ago out of state and I live in the US. Easy to installed. However, I’m unable to get alerts since the change in battery do not allow recordings until is linked via Bluetooth. So I’m not getting any recordings. I’m unable view who is visiting my property or any alerts. Also, the fingerprint access is of no use due to fingerprint button next to door edge.

Poor customer service

Would Not Recommend

I ordered two locks. One functions fine. The second one “catches” when lock tries to lock about 50% of the time. When you lock by hand you can feel the resistance. This means the lock will not always lock when leaving. Right after purchase I called LOCKLY for a replacement. The rep had me reset the lock, etc.. I said I’d give it a couple of weeks to see if the lock worked more consistently. It hasn’t. I emailed back and all day I’ve gotten the runaround. Their email bounces about every ot...
