It is tall enough that we can easily reach the ceiling to change light bulbs and reach into top shelfs of cabinets. The slope of the ladder allows us to get in close to counters.

Would RecommendLadder arrived damaged days after it was supposed to arrive. I called and was told I would have to return it to a store and i couldnt ship it back. I decided to keep it with the bent upper rail because i needed it for work the following day. The ladder seems stable, the tray on top comes in handy. The steps were not sluppery at all.
