LED fixture

I replaced an old florescent fixture with this LED unit. It was a lot harder getting that out then installing the new LED unit. I got lucky on wiring. The old unit had a cord and plug in the ceiling. Wiring was a breeze since I did it before I put the unit in. It is working great. I left it at default setting on light type and power. If needed I would buy another of these units

Shipping and handling quality

Product delivery was handled absolutely poorly. Boxes and frame Was damaged and the ones frame were not damaged , their LED was damaged. Wasted lots of time , installing , uninstalling and return. NO No for quality amd delivery handling.

Super bright, super lite (weight) super buy!

Very light and very beautiful with adjustable color and brightness from side switch that can be accessed by lifting one adjacent ceiling tile (slightly). Cannot speak to reliability as I just installed them 1 week ago.

Easy to install, but...

This light was slightly damaged in the box, but it was minor and on the back side of the assembly, so I let it ride. Even with no paper instructions, Installation was simple, black to black, white to white, green to green. However, i tried to use this light with a Lutron toggle switch dimmer, and the light would not dim properly. Return Policy is Bad

The product is typical of any flat panel light that I have and would install. My only issue is that I had to return one light for damage. I wanted to exchange the fixture for another one, but I was told I would have to return the damage light then purchase a new fixture. The only issue was that because I bought them in bulk initially, I received a discount. I received approximately $46 for returning the damaged fixture, but had to pay approximately $53 for a replacement fixture. I feel that the ...

Fixture is OK when you can locate one not smashed

POOR packaging; no protection from any bumps or being crushed. Purchased ten units; five had to be returned due to physical damage to the fixture in shipping/handling. Also, the electrical connection box is way too small to allow a single feed let alone allowing daisy chaining other units. The box needs to be enlarged at least three times the size it is now to allow proper connections. Otherwise, once the fixture is installed, they work properly and give off enough light (set on 5k/high output...

Great light source for the money

Light assemblies are easy to wire and install. Light is bright and even (they are set to medium power), with virtually no shadowing, perfect for basement and workshop. I've bought five of these lights over the last couple months and none were damaged or defective.

A welcome change from the ones they replaced.

The color choices of white is a nice option and the option to adjust the brightness was great too but I left them as delivered.

LED panel replaces fluorescent fixture.

The LED panel was used to replace existing ceiling fluorescent lighting. It is a direct fit replacement and is easily installed. The adjustable lumens option is a plus and works well. You can switch from daylight to a softer white with a push of a button. Very clean design. There are attached mounting clips if needed, but in my install, the panel was just laid flush in the existing framework.
