Pretty Good

So; I bought a different brand, 1' x 4' from my warehouse club, installed it myself around 2018. It was a major fight to get it installed, and it died after five years (early death). I installed this one today, June 05 2023. It was a much easier install.

Replacing our old light went smoothly. Works great and I like the choice of brightness in my laundry room. Very happy!

Missing Instructions and Pieces but Nice

Was missing instructions and some screws. Thankfully we had gotten someone to install it or we would not have it up. The light itself is nice, but you need those things.

Great simple light for our kitchen

Installation was different form other lights that I installed at home. But once installed I liked how it worked.

Very Nicely Designed and Manufactured Fixture

Installation is easier than the instructions might make you fear. Thoughtful design with separate ceiling bracket and tether cables really helps. Can be done by one person if mechanically inclined and accustomed to working on a ladder. (Tip: Draw a center line for the fixture, mark on the center line where the bracket should be, then duct tape the bracket to the ceiling to make it easy to mark the four mounting holes.) Installation tips

Fantastic bright lights and very easy to install. Each light took LESS THAN 10 minutes to install (I installed four). One frame was bent slightly from the store but I was able to make it work. Tip: Use wood screws to attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling and use at least six to eight in the various mounting holes. Bright light easy install

Easy install, different color lighting options which is nice. This is replacing another brand that only lasted 2 years. Hope this one lasts.

Great bathroom light

I like this light in the bathroom. It can be very. Right for applying makeup or low light for just everyday. I also like that it has no decorative metal that will rust in the damp bathroom. The price was also a great advantage.

Great low profile fixture!

Easy to install-did it myself. Love the clean light. It's almost like having a skylight in my ceiling! It gives you three options for the color, too, from warm to cool. I picked the middle option. Very happy! I love that it's flush to my ceiling, too, because the ceiling in my room is only 7'4" tall.

Very bright, high quality, nice features.

Very bright for size. Looks great, and the LED light is completely even across the panel. Easy install, and the adjustable color temp was a big plus.

Just the replacement I was looking for!

I like that it's easy to replace, also the 3 temperature settings are really useful for different types of environments. I have daylight in print shop and soft white for offices.

Great alternative to fluorescent tube style lights

Used these to replace a clients old fluorescent shop lights and they really like the smooth room filling light these produce. The wide long surface area really does the trick in helping to disperse the photons! They mount flush to the ceiling or you could suspend them and have the light floating over a workbench or pool table in a game room for a unique look!

Good LED light bright and dimable.

Liked: good LED light with three light temperature levels (3000, 4000, and 5,000). On 5,000 setting looks very similar to the back light used to read Xrays. The 4,000 setting is very pleasing. Also used a Leutron LED dimmer which made this light even more useful. Not liked: expensive at $99 for 2x4 light. Also, the metal connection box has short leads with the cable entry being on top instead of the side which made a surface ceiling mounting in my kitchen difficult but not impossible.

Stylish upgrade

This light is big improvement over the ugly fluorescent wrap fixture that it replaced. The color quality of the light is good and I like the option to adjust the color temperature. Direct surface mount installation is a little messy because it uses 1/2" toggles so the holes you have to drill are a bit large. When installed on the surface, the light stands off from the ceiling by a small amount (perhaps 1/2"). Some reviewers did not like this but I found it useful as I have textured ceilings ...
