Easy to Use - reasonably priced

We learned about this product on a YouTube video when we needed to clean our 16' long dryer duct. This product was well made and so easy to use (after reading the instructions and watching the YouTube video). Highly recommend it!

Our dryer has a sensor on it for restricted airflow. The alert went off so we knew it was probably time to clean out the dryer ducts. I did my research and this was the best option with the best reviews. I watched a video on how to use this and it was extremely helpful - check youtube. Works like a charm

I paid an HVAC firm over a hundred dollars to come out and clean out my dryer vent, which goes straight up from the laundry room to the roof. After a friend told me about this product, I decided to give it a try. Works exactly as advertised and there were enough rods to reach all the way to the top of the vent. If you have a rooftop dryer vent, you need to buy one of these. You can clean it out yourself any time you see the need and save a bundle.

Very sturdy piece and fittings

I used this to clean my dryer vents and the fittings felt very secure and I followed the instructions to the bone to prevent an accidental loss of brush up the vent. My vent is clean and I am happy.

It broke in the vent

We tried using this to clean our dryer vent and one of the plastic pieces detached from the metal connector, sending the extension piece and the auger brush down the vent. Unfortunately, it is now stuck in there, and we are hoping the professional we now had to call will be able to get it out so it doesn't start a fire. Waste of money for a terrible product.

Broke in Vent

Dryer vent is in the basement and goes above/over a bathroom to the side of the house. Had drill in lowest setting and three extension on, going easy back and forth next thing I know there isn’t any resistance. Pulled rods out and found one of the extensions snapped in half. Now I have the brush stuck 10’ in my vent. Can not wait to spend $$$$ to cut out my ceiling, have my dryer vent cut apart to remove the REAL fire hazard. Then put everything back together. Returning right now.

A must have for peace of mind

When we bought our new dryer we learned it has an airflow sensor. That sensor was showing the air vent was clogged. Turns out it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s. We decided to buy this model and about 30 minutes later we had filled the wet dry vac with lint, dryer sheets and who knows what. Great product. Took a pic of the shop vac at the end. Worked exactly as advertised

It worked perfectly. I hooked it up to my drill and got my dryer vent very clean.

Used for duct cleaning

Used it to clean out the supply ducts in our house. Turned the fan blower on covered all the vents minus the one that I was going to clean out. Ran the cleaner all the way down into the main trunk and got tons of dirt, carpet pad, playing cards from the 70's, and carpet tack strips. Noticed an increase in air flow and our allergies were a lot better. Works great with my cordless 20V Drill

First I tried just running up the hose from my Rigid Shop Vac into the vent. It worked OK but our Dryer is vented to the roof so I knew the hose wasn't reaching all the way and was not getting all the lint stuck to the inside of the vent. Purchased this kit and the extension kit to make sure I could reach the top. Simple to use and cleaned the vent as advertised. It was almost too easy and didn’t seem to be doing much until we looked inside the vacuum and found a huge pile of lint. Clothes now dry in half the time..

Check your dryer vent

A MUST if you want to make sure your dryer works efficiently and to prevent a potential fire hazard. Check out what 3 years of built up lint was found in the ductwork. I replaced any foil type dryer hose on the run to rigid ducts and plan on using this to clean at the recommended interval so lint doesn’t build up like this again.

Works well

Works well but I keep losing the drill bit part. I bought this one only for the drill attachment then I lost that one down hole as well. My vent runs through attic and out roof.

This lint eater is hungry

This tool works exactly as described, maybe better. Ate right thru the lint build up in my dryer vent pipe. Be ready with a shop vac. It will make a mess...

Products Works Well

Our dryer vents through a 24’ pipe with one elbow. We wash the dog’s bedding weekly which generates a lot of dog hair running through the dryer. The dryer was taking longer to finish and a check vent light eventually came on indicating poor air flow. The LintEater Kit worked well with the extra set of 4 extensions giving me 24’ of reach in total. It took 15 min to set up, unclog and clean the line. I need to start using it on a periodic basis to keep it clean.

Lint Eater Works!

A local fire dept. did a You tube video on this product and shared their demo on Facebook. When I saw it, I knew I had to get a kit for myself, because I'm really fire phobic around the house. We could've used the extensions (sold separate) but I was too cheap to spend almost the same $$ as the kit itself for an extra rod. Anywhoo, it worked great.
