Works Like a Proverbial Charm!

I bought this over a year ago and never used it. Dryer kept turning off because of exhaust issues. Our dryer exhaust consists of 10' - 11' of smooth PVC pipe. It reached all the way down the pipe and with 15-20 minutes, it was clean as a whistle! HIGHLY recommended!

Be sure to tape the joints between rods.

It did the job. I had a straight vent so i did not worry so much about breaking the rods.

I bought the LintEater Dryer Vent Cleaning Kit for cleaning out our dryer vent instead of hiring a company to clean the vent. It comes with 12’ feet of rod which was not long enough for my vent so I also picked up the extension set. The rods screw together very tight when in use so I used pliers to unscrew them when done. Know where your vent is, first!

The dryer vent cleaning kit did exactly what I needed it to do. But the vent I thought I would clean was an old one on the side of the house that a previous owner plugged up long ago. The real vent I did clean went straight up through our roof. It COMPLETELY filled up my six gallon shop vac with waste lint! The dryer performs MUCH better now, and we will sleep better, knowing we averted a potential fire hazard.

Worked very well.

I used this on a vent with a 45 degree bend and a more complex curve where the pipe goes away from the wall to get around a water pipe and then turns to go through the wall. I was able to feed the brush through these turns and had no trouble getting the brush in and out. Taping each joint is a little fussy, but I am happy with the product and the results.

Pricing is more than the components are worth.

It works but certainly isn’t worth the price.

It worked great, good for amateur vent cleaning. No corners and a little too short ,but I can alway get the extension kit. Do it from the inside and outside or you will regret it.

The HOA had dryer vents cleaned and set up to prevent bird nests. They missed a bird nest ~6 feet from the outside. When I noticed the dryer taking longer I bought this product. Due to the location of the vent I could not see into it. The blockage removal tool worked, and then I used the auger brush.
