Would RecommendThis spin mop works very well. Don't expect it to compete with a nice steam mop, but at the price point, you'd be hard pressed to find an easy, lighter mop to clean tile and laminate or even hardwood floors with. It's very easy to wring to a damp state w/o sloppy drips, so you can clean and still get a dry floor in a very short time. Highly recommend. Admittedly, I've only used it a few times, so I can vouch for it's durability, but it seems well constructed.
