Easy Install and Works with Alexa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished installing the Level door lock on my front door and it didn’t take very long to install. It also paired easily with the Level app and we got it to work with Apple HomeKit and Alexa!

Inconsistent

The lock looks and seems ideal. Unfortunately its touch system has been inconsistent and unreliable. We are replacing it because it has been more stress than convenience. What a shame.

Seems pretty easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems pretty easy to use so far and I can see it being very helpful for like airbnbs or if you don’t carry keys around. We have not really used the touch feature, and I don’t really see us using the touch cards. My only knock against it is that the lock is kinda noisy. We did install it on a back door of our house because that seems safer for security purposes.

Didn’t know we needed this until now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  The level lock came well packaged, and my husband was able to install it easily without many extra tools. My favorite part is the touch to lock from the outside, which makes life easy when you  have your hands full and don’t want to scramble for keys! We also installed the keypad and that has been really helpful and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

A dream to install

I love how I’m able to control my door from my phone and lock/unlock from anywhere. The keypad is so nice for granting people access to my home without having to give them a key for access.

To start, the design is perfect and not too bulky and honestly doesn’t look much like a smart lock. I like the idea of being able to open it with a finger touch or a key or a key card. This was easy for us to install and looks really nice. The back up key is also helpful in case something has an error. I will be buying another one for our other door!

Smart home

Level touch lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s super easy to set up, you will get two cards and two keys. You can download the app also unlock the door through the app. I am so happy with it because I can monitor who is unlocking the door. Totally recommend!

He did mention wishing the install kit came with two different size screws. It works great and it’s so nice to have when you have a bunch of stuff in your hands and can’t get to your keys. Would recommend!

Safe and sound

Love this lock!

I absolutely love this lock. It is so convenient to go out and exercise and not have to bring my phone or keys. Never going back to normal locks. This one is awesome!!!

Easy and Convenient

Game changer

Easy to use

This does not look like a smart lock. It does work sporadically and sometimes takes several tries to get it to unlock but overall we are happy with it.

Awesome technology

It is so convenient especially now that is dark out and cold that I can just come home touch the knob and my door is unlocked for me. I hate fumbling with my keys and this makes my life so much easier. It was easy to install and I would recommend it to anyone that has a home. I can't wait to get one for my back door now.

New technology
