I can unlock my door with my phone!!! If i set it up for proximity. Once my phone leaves a certain radius, itll automatically lock!! How cool is that. You forget and the lock then says, i got you! House secured!!

Has to be installed perfectly. No margin for error. Opening up the package one of my locks became stuck. I now have a defunct lock I bought that simply can’t be installed. Super big packaging and design glitch

Bought second and a spare due to great price.

Have used the original for a couple of years now, works pretty well. Installation was a little problematic, but that was more the door frame than the lock.

Product does not work as advertised. It is a very cumbersome product and I regret buying it.

Extremely disappointing, especially for the money

Purchased this lock seven months ago now, had problems from the start. I have over 30 emails back and forth with customer support, have uninstalled and reinstalled the lock no less than 6 times now. It worked sometimes early on, then would just stop. It would sometimes tear through batteries, sometimes they would last. I like that it’s standard size and fits in the doors pre-cut holes.

Think twiice before buying something limited stock

I purchased this at 50 percent off and it is worth about that much. The phone app usually works fine but sometimes it takes 30 seconds or more to lock or unlock the doors. The touch part off locking or unlocking the doors works sometimes and sometimes not at all and I have to open the app to do it. One of the systems didn't even have the right key with it, and I would have exchanged it but there were non to exchange it with. The cards don't seam to have any use and I did activate them.

Small smart deadbolt fits steel security doors

This lock is the only smart lock i have found that fits a steel security door. It has wifi and card and phone and keypad options to open.

Good hardware ruined by buggy software

Unfortunately, the app required to use the touch sensor has bugs in it. They refuse to address the bugs in the software, therefore the lock is unusable. Level Lock chose to refund my purchase price instead of fixing the bugs in their software. This is just the start of the issues. I can write a book about my ordeal with this product.

Not Ready for Release

Product and app are definitely in beta status, note that a large portion of positive reviews are "sponsored". Install was easy enough but the screws are extremely soft metal and stripped out with hand tools, pick up some better screws if you do go with this lock. For me, touch feature never worked, went five rounds with customer service where they blamed everything from how I installed it; to the weather stripping on my door....for the touch feature not working.
