Not meeting expectations for quality & life
Would Not RecommendI have a house built in 2006 and full of Pass & Seymour "spec grade" rocker switches. Of the 60 switches in the house, 3 have failed electrically. The photo shows how the rocker on some of the switches doesn't lie parallel to the switch body. I can push it level, but the rocker misaligns itself the next time I toggle the switch. Of the 60 switches in my house, 9 have this problem. I don't know whether that meets Pass & Seymour's quality standard for their spec grade switches, but it sure doesn'...

Would Not RecommendI bought a box of these switches at my local big box hardware store (only brand they sell). I have a twenty year old house and a few of the originals are cracked and showing their age. These switches look nice but are NOT made well. Three of the new switches cracked within a week. One of them as I was testing it; on,off,on,off,cracked. I’ve replaced a lot of switches in 40+ years of home ownership, and never had this kind of problems before.

Works as described
What can I say, it’s a switch. It turns things on and off. Why the 4 stars, then? Well, I don’t like that the manufacturer engraves the name on the rocker switch. Over time, with thousands of grubby hands hitting that switch, debris and skin oils gum up in that engraved area and make it look gross.
