Extension Cord Cover

Purchased this to cover an extension cord for a home hospital bed so patient and care-givers would not trip on cord. Came as a roll, and was difficult to flatten out, but threading a 12 Guage grounded extension cord in provided reasonable flattening of the cover. Tape to carpet using Gorrilla duct tape to hold in place.

OK value for money. Cheapest I could find around. Not sure why these are so expensive. Wish it was a more standard size like 2 meters instead of 5 feet but it worked for my use. One hack that you can use for carpet is instead of using the supplied double stick tape is to use adhesive backed velcro (the rough "hook" side). Poor Quality

double sided tape won't hold/secure the product. Item is too hard to use.

Just what I needed

The only problem with this cord protector is it comes coiled and it took five days before it finally laid flat.

wiremold cord cover

I wanted to cover a power recliner cord, floor lamp cord, and laptop power cord from tripping hazard. The store only had these in 5-foot sections. I bought 2 5-foot covers and cut one in half. It almost does what I want. They do cover the cords but they keep curling up and flipping over. They come with double sided tape to hold them down but I was afraid to use the tape on my wood floors. I am hoping the covers will flatten out with time.

Good item but has some things I didn't like

This is a good product the only issue I had is since it's rolled it wants to keep that shape so its hard to make it go flat.

Just what we needed. The salesperson helped us and advised we use this. Great advice.

Wiremold cord cover

This product does the job it is advertised to perform. The only problem is that the ends have to be weighted down so they don't curl under and expose the wires you are trying to protect.

Nice for one cord.

This product is great for one cord. If you have multiple cords that need to be run along the floor it would be nice if they made a wider base for two or three cords to fit.

Cord Cover

Product description says, "7-1/4-in" but it is only about 2-1/2 inches wide. Saw comments online that the cord cover is difficult to straighten out because it comes tightly coiled in a box. I solved that by laying the cover in the sun with a brick on each end for about an hour. After that, the cover was completely flat and easy to work with.

Darn thing remembers it was shipped curled up.

It is exactly what I wanted, and will be once I can take the two huge books off of it and it will lie down flat.

Best to try to install when you have some time

I bought this product (2, actually) to hide some cords at a tradeshow. Good/excelent product, but, since it comes rolled up, takes DAYS to actually lie flat on the floor, even with the tape included. Once installed, the ends stayed constantly up in the air. If I'd known, I would have bought them a week in advance, then placed weight of some kind to flatten them. Good product, but extremely frustrating to use. Next time, I'll know to buy them further in advance.

Very Good, should be in all stores. This comment should take any size comment. Rejecting it for it's size is wasting my time.
