Great product

used around shower and painted it can't even see where the caulk was. Much easier than silicone and with a finger dipped in soapy water smooths our great. Will use for all future projects

Didn’t Cure

The product never cured. Used in home for a painting project and 24 hours later it’s the consistency of a sticky grease. A real mess to remove and clean up.

Be sure to squeeze tube and verify it is soft.

This was a new tube that was half cured and not usable. I got a DAP brand to use instead.

Perfect for DIY Projects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im moving out of my apartment and had a few things u needed to touch up. What I like about this product is that is goes on really smooth, can be used in or out the home, doesn’t have too much or heavy scent and is water resistant. I highly recommend using gloves while using! Overall, it got the job done, is affordable, and easy to use.

Flowed well but I don’t like the parts that you cut off just didn’t make sense but the product in the tube was great

Pay attention to the Expiry.

Bought this yesterday in the store and I tried looking for the expiry date but couldn't find. There was a DOM number and a batch number. I assume the DOM number is date of manufacture but couldn't make sense of it. Reading now the previous review i learned that DOM20307 is day 307 in year 2020 which is Nov 2nd 2020. So i bought an expired tube which explains why it was so hard to dispense and it's still tacky/sticky after 20hrs of application. This is so frustrating that Lowes is selling expired...

Tough to apply

Found the caulk very difficult to work with. Took all my strength to do an application along a bathtub. Felt maybe the tube had sat on the shelf way too long.

very difficult to use

As others have mentioned this is very difficult to get out of the tube and difficult to tool. Only reason I bought this was to seal between PVC and Vinyl in a bathroom, otherwise will not buy again. If you do purchase this it tools a bit easier with a damp finger using denatured alcohol.

Takes forever to set

As others have said, hard to get out of the tube. Aside from that, it has now been over 4 hours and it is still not set.

paintable with latex paint only

will not take non latex paints like acrylic even after a full cure. works fine with latex wall paint but when you try and use a more protective paint like acrylic it will crack and waste your time and money.. IT CLEARLY STATES ON WEBSITE LATEX ONLY PAINT ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD THERE PRODUCT SHEET YET SAYS IT NOWHERE ON THE BOTTLE.

Beware of Date of Manufacture

I just purchased a tube of this product in white and started to seal my shower floor. I could hardly squeeze it out of the tube of the caulking gun using both hands. I did manage to get enough out to complete what I had to seal but it was a little difficult to smooth. After doing some research I discovered this caulking has a 15 month shelf life and the DOM on the tube was 20195 meaning it was manufactured on the 195 th. day or about July 15, 2020 so this tube was already 2 1/2 months past the s...
