Buyer beware! does not dry at all

I waited over 3 months for this new lg dishwasher just to be disappointed. I have had lowes install tram come back out to double check the dishwasher. This dishwasher is designed to leave water on the dishes even after dry boost and night dry. I would avoid this dishwasher at all costs!

Easy to use. Spacing is a challenge.

Love this dishwasher. Easy to install and works great. Love the downloadable options.

Disappointed

We had this installed last week, and it has shown an error message since day one. The motor isn't working, it's unusable, and we are still waiting for someone to come out and fix it. We've owned an LG dishwasher before and loved it, so this is very disappointing.

Great, exceeded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and it is equipped with a full suite of LG appliances. Double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and over under washer and dryer. The appliances work right out of the box with no issues. The thin q wifi app helps to keep my wife and I informed. I would recommend the appliances to everyone.

Had to return

during installation noticed there was a hole in the drain pipe. Returned the unit for full credit with the exception of delivery fee.. Reordered unit and had to pay another delivery fee .

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely need a rinse aid with this one or the dishes will come out dirtier than when you put them in. Also does not dry dishes as advertised!

Actually cleans the dishes

I love the adjustable shelf. The ability to choose smaller portions for washing is nice for partial loads too. The dishes come out super clean and I am very happy with the product. We have had it about 2 months now and use almost daily.

Excellent Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dishwasher a little over a month but have been amazed with the results. The way you can customize the dishwasher to the load you’re washing is incredible. All 3 racks can be modified to best suit the dishes you need to be cleaned.

Only lasted 3 years and 1 week

We looked at many dishwashers before choosing the LG TrueSteam. I liked the 3rd rack and the many different settings. We never had a single dish that didn’t get clean. It dried extremely well without warping any plastic bowls or lids. It was really quiet and we never knew it was running. I was definitely one of LG’s biggest fans. We purchased the Lowe’s 3 year warranty even though I didn’t think we would need it. Exactly what week after the warranty expired, the computer module went total...

GREAT DISHWASHER

My first one gave up the ghost after 12 years of faithful service, This new and improved LG dishwasher, (Black stainless with thinQ) is super quiet and cleans exceptionally well. The steam feature (to be truthful I thought was a gimmic) is an awesome touch. The "night dry" feature is great. All in All quality product. Here's hoping it'll last as long as my first one.

Looks good, has quirks, fell apart first day.

The extra sleeve they have around the drain line makes it much larger than it needs to be and probably won't fit through your existing hole. The top mounts are in a standard location so if you have quartz/granite countertops and have brackets glued to the underside to mount to they won't line up with your old one. Didn't even get to run the unit and the first time I slid out the middle drawe...

Nope!
