Great product

Easy to install and works great. I love the delay that is has to start the cycle when the door is open. Gets the dishes very clean

Good Quality

This is my second or third survey on this dishwasher! The quality of this is very good on all of 5 LG appliances we have. That is the reason we ordered this dishwasher instead of looking at other brands. However, I do not like the layout of dishwasher positioning the items, do to the adjustable prongs that tend to collapse. The spacing seems weird. It takes a lot of time loading the washer! IN MY OPNION, the quality is good but the positioning in bad!

Not worth the money. Smells terrible Evan following cleaning filters. Using the recommended detergent the machine stops with code that wrong detergent used.

Beautiful Dishwasher

Brought this LG dishwasher based because I was buying an LG Refrigerator. I have had Bosch in my last two houses but we went with LG based on all the positive reviews. It has a third rack that I love and no heating element just like my previous Bosch.

Lowe’s customer service sucks

Would not know still waiting for Lowe’s to deliver. They cannot give me an answer on when it will be delivered

Poor washing, leaves behind dirty dishes.

It almost never cleans anything put on the 3rd rack and it has trouble cleaning baby bottles, nipples, caps, etc. I have tried putting in items that were soiled (no food, stuff like ketchup, syrup, etc) and it doesnt always clean them entirely. Got a lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have nearly all of our appliances are LG and that's the reason that we didn't look any further. The dishwasher is also excellent in every way but one for us. The layout inside of where you place the dishes, etc. are difficult for us to figure out where to place the items and the adjustable prongs are supposed to give us flexibility, however, the plastic holder on one of the replaceable holders broke.
