Great overall, but…

We just moved into our home and the previous owner had left these. We love them, but the owners left them in pretty rough shape. We’ve tried cleaning but they are still pretty moldy, and our cold Water setting doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried to find replacement parts, but can’t seem to find any on site.

Overall decent, but made with cheap parts.

It's fine. It does it's job. The low rating is because the drain pump failed after less than three years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for 4 years now and I'm pretty much satisfied but I bought it specifically so I can wash bulky stuff like my king sized comforters and it can't do it. A Queen size fits very snug. Also, there's no spin only cycle which is a bummer! I've had to have a part changed once but that's about it. I don't think it's worth the money though. Next time I'll know better.

Good machine but within 2 years it starts breaking

I needed a big machine for a family with 5. Only 4 month after the 2 year warranty, the water drainage pump broke. After looking it up, it seems to be a common problem

love my washer

I bought our washer and dryer set about 3 years ago and am overall very pleased with the function and how quiet it is. wonderful for large loads and washes my comforters without any problems

Not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking it would meet all my needs. I like the size of the washer. I can put large blankets and bulky items. I however never had a washer that needs so much maintenance. I don’t like the fact that you have to dry inside after each use and leave door open otherwise it gets sinky. I don’t like that fact the drain filter need to be opened and cleaned 1 time a week. It also is at the very bottom of the appliance so makes it difficult...

Love This Machine

I love this machine. It's attractive.. It does a great job washing and sanitizing, It gets rid of mites and other pests from sheets. The pedestals store needed supplies.especially when you are cramped for space. The steam helps in the sanitization, so ypur wash comes out sparking I also love the 14 different dial options that let me select what ever clean method I want.. The excellent manual tells the user exactly what each option does.

Extra features are exceptional for our family use

Handling all our family towels at once in this large capacity 5.2 cf washer with no problems. It is very reliable with all the additional features like extra Rinse/Spin, small loads, Blankets, etc. Truly like this machine.

Poor quality

Fridge does not make party ice and washer detergent load compartment is stuck I have used these products in the past and they would just keep going you had to give them away

The best washer and dryer I’ve ever purchased

I would buy another one but this still run like it’s new. The only problem was my mother board had to be replaced about 4 years ago.. but after that not another problem. Great washer and dryer

Drain pump broke less than 3 years

I bought this washer for its high capacity and expected quality from LG. When I put blankets in it it constantly leaves detergent streaks on the blankets. After less than 3 years the drain pump failed. This price washer should not need repairs after less than 3 years. The reliability in this product is pathetic.

Wonderful machine!

Large family - perfect fit!

I love my washer! With eight kids and two dogs, the laundry is never ending! This washer is perfect for our needs and does a beautiful job keeping our clothing clean!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible buy found us this thing went out so many times on in the middle of a wash. We just got it fix again today 10/31/23 if it wasn't for the extended warranty I bought I been out alot of money. I would not buy LG again this thing is a lemon we got. My warranty is up next year that so when it go out again it gone going to a different brand
