I bought the styler 1 month ago. I highly recommend because it was helpful for removing viruses and germs. You know these days we have been treatment for viruses. We must have item!

Saving ok dry cleaning

Great for home use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing this styler, I have done many researches from different brands. And so far this is the best one. If you expect this one can replace the washer or an iron, this is not the one. It does good job to refresh, sanitize, reduce wrinkles, and leave the clothes fresh odor. The set up is simple, easy to use and save me a lot of time to clean clothes that cannot be cleaned by washer. The price is a little pricey but it worths the money ...

not drying

I bought this last year and it won't dry the clothes. I called customer support and they gave me the list of the appliance repair store. No appliance repair would know what this is even. Totally wasted. and it is too huge to throw away.

I wish it was working!

My family, friends, have tired to get this to work. It's not. It runs but it does not steam. I have several calls into LG for service and so far nothing :( Very disappointed!

Love the versatility

Sleek Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got our Styler two weeks ago, it seems it is doing something but can't tell if it does actually cleaning our clothes. It smells fresh after steam cleaning though. It got rid of odors for thinner jackets (special care cycle, 35 minutes), but for thicker jackets it need more time. Wish it designs to have more shelves for sweaters. So far so good, needs more time to test it out.

Haven't used iron since purchase
