Steam is a great feature, when it works
Bought this dryer in 2019 for the steam function that removes wrinkles without having to iron. Our old LG set had this function in the washer so when the washer "went south", we had to replace BOTH to still continue to have that function. So wasn't happy when something "popped" inside the dryer and the tech told us the motherboard had "fried" after only 4 years! Of course, it was out of warranty and repair costs were almost as much as replacing the dryer.

Buy a different product!
Barely 3 yrs old and our Dryer has stopped working for two different reasons. We have spent close to what we paid for in repairs and have zero confidence this won't continue to happen. Sad when the repair persons only recommendation is to buy a different product.

Works great
I love this dryer. My only complaint is that the default is energy efficient on and my clothes do not dry as not enough heat with this setting. I wish default was off so I don’t have to remember to turn it off. Other than this, the machine works great!

Lint Filter Rips Clothes and Vent Rusted/Burnt
Bought this 2019 and as prior comment by KaSoBella states, lint filter does not fit flushed and has ripped clothes. Also it does not dry as well as expected and the inside is rusted and burnt and sharp.

Plenty of Space!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the extra space to be able to dry my extra large bedding! Not sure why the dryer filter tore, so I had to replace that prior to having it before a year. Sometimes the dryer will stop with the clothes still damp but most of the time it works perfectly so can't complain!

Great Dryer!! Quiet and efficient

Nice features
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought both dryer & matching washer, mid-August 2020. Just started having issues with dryer and now washer. Appliance store is not helpful. The wifi connection was never connected, I cleaned out/replaced the dryer vent myself. Washer leaks occasionally under the back. Never received a notice to extend warranty.

Ruins clothes
Would Not RecommendI’ve had this dryer for a few years now and I keep meaning to write a review.. the dryer is ruining all my clothes! The get tangled/caught on the edge of the lint basket and rip the clothes. So frustrating! I don’t leave my clothes unattended anymore because of this and only let them dry for 5-10 min then hang dry. I’ve had so many towels, socks, and underwear ruined because of this dryer.
