Would Recommendwas pretty good. lasted five years which is about standard for appliances these days. issues with it maintaining ice but that's kind of an issue with all the fridges. wasn't a bad purchase but wish i got more time out of it.
all good but the ice maker
This has been the perfect fridge,(had for a little over a year), except for one thing, the ice maker has got so slow on making ice that I have had to go back to buying bags of ice again, and that is very disappointing considering the age, I have replaced the filter, checked the little hose, it also has weird vibration that comes out of it every once in a while??

Expensive Heater

two years old and issues
Had For 2 years , now the ice /water selector switch quits working. If you unplug and reset it will work again for a time then quit working again. Also the door heater seal is extremely hot! You can't even touch the door seal or it will burn your hand /fingers. was told this is normal??? I've never had a refrigerator that has had this issue. You can feel the heat radiating from the partition between the freezer section and fridge.

Exploding Bottom Shelve
This fridge has been a nightmare. It dents super easy. More importantly, the protruding bottom shelves is most definitely a design flaw. If anything falls from a shelf, the bottom shelf glass will shattered. This has happened to me twice. My freezer bottom shelf and now the fridge bottom shelf has shattered. Makes no sense to replace the glass, when there are children in the house it will only happened again.

Our fridge is about two years old. We love it because it fits in the space & holds all of what we deem necessary. I also like the simple "tray" below the ice dispenser. Bitter water/ice taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased LG 27 cu ft. refrigerator, model #LRSXS2706 on May 24, 2022. Ice and water have a bad taste. Replaced factory filter that was only two months old with another factory filter. The water came out cloudy when the water department tech. tested the water coming out of the water dispenser. I replaced the ice maker supply line also; water still cloudy.

Affordable and Reliable
I bought a fridge - Model LRSXS2706S. It is spacious for our family of 10. Ice maker is the best feature for us, especially during summer time. The only drawback I could say, the water does not get very cold if you get it directly from the water dispenser.
