Doesn’t work

Terrible

Stopped working after 5days! Took another week to get a replacement. Their website says it has an ice maker in the lower freezer. It does not!!

Best Refrigerator Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG French door refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. We love it! It is the same size as our previous refrigerator which was a side by side. This seems so much larger. We love the design, and we are so pleased with our decision. PC Richard is responsible for finding this gem, which fit exactly into our space. Bravo LG

Broken in less than a year

Fridge less than 1 year old, but fridge stopped cooling. Fan assembly replaced under warranty. Fridge is now cooling, but fan now makes a loud rattling noise. Also, the water dispenser started leaking yesterday. Can’t believe this unit is less than one year old. Ridiculous.

Nice refrigerator

The refrigerator is very nice. I don't really get the need for an ice tray in the freezer since there is only an ice maker in the door, but I guess it might come in handy. Two things I wish were a littler different/improved: 1) I wish it made ice a little faster; it keeps up with just the family, but it will likely be an issue for parties. 2) I wish they listed the minimum clearance for the door to swing open; not to open 90 or fully, but just to open. Which I found out is about 1/8".

Inside Compartments galore

I am so happy with my new LG ref. The inside compartments meet my needs. Ice maker and water dispenser outside the door is ideal for me. The size remarkably fits to a tee in my space in the kitchen. So perfect!

Beautiful LG refrigerator

The frig is beautiful and we especially enjoy the ice and water dispenser on the outside of the door. This saves having to open the door whenever we want a drink.

LG makes the best appliances

I’ve owned just about every major brand of appliances and I’d personally choose LG each time. Had a little mishap with an ice maker fan going bad but with Customer Services help, we had a technician and repair done as quickly as possible to get the unit back up and running.

I bought the same model a few years ago and after moving to another state, had to get the same model again, since our original refrigerator worked so well.

Excellent Product

I'm quite impressed that LG delivered it again on technology. This prompted me to change all my household equipment to the LG brand.

Plenty of room for a counter depth fridge

I'm surprised at the amount of room for a counter get depth fridge! I also liked the fact that it makes a sound when the doors are left open. I'm so used to a slow closing on cabinets and I'm glad the fridge makes a sound when not closed properly.

Love the room, french doors and freezer drawers!

LG counter depth refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago to replace another brand that constantly had ice maker issues. The LG has been better than expected. No issues. Ice maker works like it is supposed to and is easily accessible, Grrat move on my part.

Love the look, the size and the smudge free exterior

Happy with refrigerator purchased 6 weeks ago.

We like french doors because you can easily see the contents in the refrigerator. Ice and water dispenser work fine. Deli drawer is nice and it seems like we have enough room for our groceries.

I bought for little more room in the kitchen plus we're remodeling. I love it!. I don't lose things in the back of the refrigerator and have to throw them away when they go bad.
