Would RecommendThe first one given to me was already opened, and, as it turned out through the return and reordering process, a part was missing that kept the water flowing into the maker. As a result, water collected in the freezer and ice bucket. Moral: dont accept opened packages from stores that dont install, and people who dont know how to install. New product, with all its parts, works great!
