Unit was incomplete
It came when expected but when the refrigerator finally got delivered I opened the box to discover no hardware or water parts to install the ice maker now I will have to go through who knows what to get what I need to install it

The Ice has Melted
Although I followed the prompts and provided the correct information, the incorrect part was sent. Then, it took over an hour and five calls to reach the correct team to process the return. I was informed that I will have to pay for the return shipping. Not a happier camper.
