Great dishwasher other than poor plastic drying

I have used this dishwasher for over a year now (install 12/12/24), average around 3 cycles a week. I love the rack flexibility (tines, heights) and cycle options. I cleans even dried food very well. I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this one, and I do not regret it. I was not too worried about the noise level, but it sure is nice that I cannot even hear it running unless it is draining or I am standing next to it. Product is fine. Experience with service was terrible.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!!

Have had this dishwasher list in two months and it will not get my dishes clean LG will not make it right sent a tech out and said there was nothing they could do over 700 bucks wasted Lowe's warranty is no help either STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNIT!!!

Only lasted 10 days!

I had the dishwasher professionally installed a few days after receiving it. After 10 days and only 4 wash cycles it stopped working. Just dings and shows an “LE” error code. I couldn’t believe that a brand new dishwasher would only last 10 days. Shop elsewhere!!!

BUYER BEWARE

Our small family purchased this dishwasher in February, it’s been only 4 months & the upper rack ball bearings have now had to be replaced multiple times. Worried for when the dishwasher is outside of its year manufacture warranty that we will be stuck with trying to find an entirely new dishwasher. We are unable to close the dishwasher when this problem occurs, as the top rack gets stuck & will not close properly. Terrible quality

Worst dishwasher We’ve ever owned. Continues to leak even after three repair man visits. This shouldn’t be happening with a brand new dishwasher. We will never buy LG again.

Great drying but poor reliability

Review: I really wanted to love this dishwasher, but it has some serious flaws that make it hard to recommend. Pros: • Dries significantly better than the Bosch Benchmark. Cons: • The second rack rails keep failing. The bearings fall out, making the rack unusable. Cleans very well

This is a great dishwasher. We previously had a Bosch and this cleans so much better. I am still getting used to options but that is with most new things. My silverware does not have water marks like it did with my Bosch dishwasher. My water glasses sparkle and that never happened with my Bosch. I really like the third shelf. It is very useful. Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG dishwasher on 11/25/24 which was installed on 12/13/24. So far the machine works perfectly but I'm still learning as I haven't been able to get the drying cycle set correctly. One issue I find unusual is the warranty starts on the day of purchase vs the day of installation which could amount 2+ weeks differential.

Great dishwasher does an exceptional task.

Truly happy and satisfied with the purchase of this dishwasher so far. It is super quiet, clean and dry.

Scrape don’t rinse

This dishwasher is awesome. Cleans like non I have owned before. Scrape do not rinse is a real thing with this model. Glasses sparkle, dishes crusted with egg yoke come shinny clean. I really could not be happier with the performance of this machine.

So quiet

I bought it for two months now. The layout and capacity is great. I was able to load my dishes and pots and pans with ease. The third tray was a plus. The washer cycle seems to take a long time. There is only a 1 hour wash and everything else is 2.5 hours. It seemed ridiculous to take that long.

Good dishwasher

Good dishwasher. Only thing that I had a problem with was the top rack rusted in a few places. Had to get it replaced

Great features and great product

We bought this to replace the original builder grade dishwasher that was in our home when it was built. This product is great! It is quiet and does a great job cleaning our dishes. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

For intallation, the little push in plastic knobs over the side holes for attachment to side frame are a little unknown how well they will hold up. They seem very flimsy for keeping water out of the sides of washer. Time will tell

Early yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit early yet, but so far so good. The interior light is unexpected surprise. Instructions for the features are not real good. In fact frustrating. It is quiet, although the extra sound deadening roll that came with it is not good. Rolled up very tight and awkward to install. Also binds the door up. Probably going to remove it. Really like the 1 hour feature and the dishes are clean.
