GREAT NEW AIR CONDITIONER

By far, the best window A/C unit I have ever owned. It is so much quieter than the other units I have owned and it's cooling qualities are amazing. Highly recommend to all.

Poor front panel connection design

The port that connects the front panel to the main housing is very cheap. One of then tiny pins inside the port got pushed inside the air conditioner port and rendered the unit inoperable. Very poor design.

The Unit didn’t even come on, didn’t do nothing but sit there. It was no good. LG will not give me a refund. LG does not stand by its products. This company is from overseas and doesn’t care about we Americans but to take advantage of us. They get our money and still business from American companies. I’m so ashamed of the government that allows this kind of thing to happen to their own citizens.

Very efficient

This cooled our space down very well. It was easy to connect to our wifi and the app is useful, if a little clunky on the UI. Overall we are very happy with it.

Excellent Cooling

I bought this a month ago before the heat really picked up. I live in a tiny house and and the smaller unit just didnt cut it. This one does the job and then some! I LOVE the wifi feature. I can monitor it from work or out of town and that is a must for me since I have furkids! I also love being able to set a time when it doesnt run at all. And the other important feature is it restarts in a power outtage. My last one didnt and I lost a pet because of that. LG is awesome. It was easy to install ...

Loudest, noisiest A/C I have ever owned. Even took it all our and re=installed to be sure I had not done anything wrong the first time. You guessed, nothing wrong installation wise either time. When it kicks in sounds like a poorly installed sump pump vibrating through the entire house.

Broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this unit in August of 22 used one month plugged in this year and it would not turn on I had to give it away so I could get a working AC in the window LG service never helped fix

An Excellent Product

This amazing ac unit has made our home so very refreshing as the weather has been getting warmer. To come inside and be greeted with a pleasant burst of coolness..is so wonderful. I am so very pleased I purchased my LG window air conditioner.

Issue not resolved

Made contact with LG. Got & email that someone will contact me, then a few days later I got a text from LG saying we went through trouble shooting & that we didn’t contact them. Sorry we never got any information about troubleshooting anything & was never contacted by anyone to resolve the issue.

Terrible quality

Bought it in April 2022 did not work for 6 month have not been able to schedule a repair.

Quiet and Effective

I like that it has an energy-saving setting, and it is a very quiet air conditioner. The filter is easy to remove, and a light will let us know when that needs to be cleaned. The 10,000 btu's cools our 480 sq. ft.

Great Air Conditioning unit for the price. Cools the room quick. Very efficient. Pretty quiet. Better than what I had before.

A Quiet Powerhouse

My LG air conditioner is in my kitchen and is powerful enough to also cool an adjoining sunroom! It is also quiet and I am pleased that it has an energy saver setting AND a setting called DRY which takes away indoor humidity.!!!

Better power and controls than old Freidrich..

Great features

We bought this over a month ago and love the features, especially the wifi connection and ability to use an app from anywhere to start and stop it, etc. The only reason for the 4 stars than five is because it’s very heavy and need to remove from its case, which wasn’t described in the product description and resulted in disappointment and the fact that it needs two people to handle and install it. Also, low fan setting is still loud while sleeping.

Second Purchase

Bought this unit in 2018..The performance was good so when i needed a unit for another room i bought a second one this summer. They are well built so it is a two person box if you have stairs. I like the casing install then the comprrssor.Makes removal for cleaning and service very easy.

Great Buy

This is an hvac system. It’s so nice cool and quieter than expected for its size. It did come in 1000 pieces so you may want to consult with a professional for install. Otherwise a Best Buy.
