It's as if I'm in the picture watching

Had the new LG for a month or so. Second LG tv. Great picture. Sound ok. Just get a external blue tooth speaker.

Very clear, excellent quality

Upgraded to a larger screen. Very happy I did. Would recommend it to everyone

LG DEPENDABLE

Did Not Live Up to Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound bar ARC audio would not work forcing me to use Bluetooth audio that would not sync to video. Television kept shutting down every 10 minutes and could not be corrected with any factory setting. No HBO Max app available. Picture quality was marginal. Returned and exchanged.

Great Size for Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 32" for console gaming. The jump to 49" took a day or two to get used to but it really is a great size. I've gamed on 55+ before and didn't enjoy gaming on them. I have a medium size apartment living room so a 49" doesnt really overpower in size the area its in or doesnt get flushed out with open space.

Too complicated

When the TV is working, the picture is superb. It just takes tech nerd to set the thing up. It forces you to view their obnoxious menu at startup, rather than just watching TV. If they want to include all this so called "Smart TV" content, it should be something you can add by choice, not have to search through the entire background in order to delete it. However, the worst problem is that the TV turns itself off after watching for a while. In the middle of a movie or a TV show, the TV turns off...

Great Picture on Cinema Mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the LG 55NANO85UNA. The Magic Remote and menus are easy to operate and navigate. This is one of few TV's with native 120 Hz refresh rate, which is a great feature for movies or sports. I use Cinema mode for everything as I think it provides the most realistic picture. I don't like the soap opera effect, which you can get with some of the other modes.

Awesome Picture!

The picture colors are so bright and lifelike and the sharpness makes even older shows look fantastic! The ability to easily send items from my iPhone to my TV is fantastic. Add to that the ability to use the Magic Remote to control all my peripherals and not just the TV, and I'm very pleased!

Having used it for over a month now I am extremely happy with all aspects of it. Using the smart remote navigation is a breeze, making it easy to switch to apps, USB etc. The 65" size that I purchased is an ideal size for a moderately sized room and the addition of LED lights makes night time viewing even more relaxing!

My only complaint is the pointer thing, my hand shakes and it always is pointing at the wrong thing when I do it. I would like to get rid of the pointer. I also wish it had access to discovery plus. All in all I’m very very happy with this purchase.
