Unorganized and not helpful
The product itself seems fine but we had such a nightmare of an experience with Lowe's (including waiting 4 months for a product that was suppose to be in stock and being told the items would be delivered 4 different times even though we found out that the item wasn't even in the country. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Delivery guys excellent/ otherwise awful.
We bought a stackable washer/dryer which was delivered exactly as promised. But as they began installation they asked where the stacking kit was- we said “what stacking kit?” They explained that we needed a stacking kit and should’ve been sold one. Strike 1. We went to the same store to buy a stacking kit and 2 days later met another couple guys who were right on time to do the installation. one end doesn't stick to the washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it fits, however, the two ends that face the front are just attached to the washer by double side tape...and one of them doesn't stick :( so the dryer moves a little bit
