Wrong size stacking kit
I ordered a stacking kit to go with my new LG washer and dryer. The kit ordered was what Lowe's recommended as the properly sized unit. Well, my new washer and dryer units were delivered today. When the installation team went to install the stacking kit, it was found the be the WRONG SIZE! The installation had to proceed without stacking. Now, I'm stuck having to figure out how to get help to stack the dryer. Needless to say, I'm NOT a happy camper.

The product was good one. I like my LG washer and dryer but dealing with Lowe’s customer service was awful and frustrating! To many people involved and never talk to same person. I will never buy from Lowe’s again!!!!

Product was fine once the correct product made it on the truck. Unfortunately it took 3 tries before the installers showed up with the correct stacking kit. Once the correct kit arrived the installers did a great job of stacking our new laundry units.

Would RecommendThe product works great. It's the LOWE'S installation idiots who installed it and the dryer that I have a problem with! They set the dryer on TOP OF THE BRACKETS so it would have fallen onto the floor when the dryer was running. Thank goodness we caught the mistake before I ran a load in the dryer. My husband had to reinstall the dryer correctly so that the feet are INSIDE the kit brackets!!!!
