Unreliable AC

This AC unit barely kept our home cool the first summer and now starting the second summer, it no longer cools at all if temps are over 90 degrees. Not a good unit by any means.

May want to look at another brand

Very disappointing airflow. Our smaller one works better. The Lowe's staff went above and beyond to help us. 10 stars for those 2 men!

Buy larger then square foot rating

Is this how you keeep ratings high?

I've written 2 reviews and they keep deleting them. These units did not blow even as cold or as hard as a very old 350 sq ft LG unit that I have, even though these are much larger and are rated as "550 sq ft."

My review is completely gone. I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone. It isn't even cooling a room half the size of what it is rated for. And I got a notification about my review and it is deleted. I guess that's how this horrible unit has 4.4 stars.

Horrible Product

I have a 10 year old LG 350 sq ft window unit that is putting out COLDER and MORE air than the two 550 sq ft LG units I just bought. I guess quality has gone way down. I'm returning and giving a different brand a try.

Mediocre Window Air Conditioner.

Mediocre cooling. The three speed fan only operates at one speed regardless of what the speed control is set at.

It's working great to keep shelter cats and kittens comfortable since central air unit went out.

Fast and careful delivery

Well made. Took a bit to assemble but instructions are good and product went together easily. Driver reminded me not to start the unit for 24 hours so the refrigerant could settle and not harm the unit. That was very helpful.

Bad customer service

The unit seems to working quite well so far but the store pick up was a disaster. I placed this order on line and set it up for outside store pickup, I was notified it was at the store and ready for pickup so I went there for the item, when I arrived I had to go inside to customer pickup location and waited for over 15 min. after making a page for help before anyone came over to get the unit and after asking for help to load it in my truck was told someone would be right out to help me , I took...
