ELEMENT NEEDED

I purchased this expensive stove, LG ThinQ ($999 on sale) March 2024. The day it stopped was March 2026. I cook very little because I am by myself. The main stove burner has stopped working on high and low . It will only work in the middle of the element.Now I have to buy a new element approximately $200 and hire a repairman to fix it. Im looking at about $500. You would think any product would last more than 2 years.

Glass top help

The glass top looks scratch now. How do i fix this since this only have a limited guarantee.

I have previously acquired several Range Stove Dual Heating Element Burner Switches. One of the wires has experienced a burnout near the connectors, rendering the convenience stove inoperable. My wife is unable to utilize it for baking. I have repeatedly requested a technician dispatch through LG chats, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. Just replaced another Burner Element Switch because stopped working. adding more and more money.

Front burners go out

Front burners go out frequently. We have ours replaced 3 times in 2 years.

Horrible

From the day I got this range the burner temperatures have been inaccurate and unpredictable. One of the burners cycles between red hot and off no matter what it is set to. None of the burners can be set low enough to simmer a pot. The lowest setting is a rapid boil. This has ruined many a dinner. Will never buy another LG appliance.

Broke right after 1 year warranty ended

Oven only gets hot at the top and wont bake anything properly anymore obviously. Lasted barely over a year so the 1 year warranty had ended. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH AN LG OVEN!

HORRENDOUS COOKTOP

The temperature regulation on the burners is unbelievably ridiculous. They DO NOT drop temp when the dial is moved which means the temperature DOES NOT DROP. You have to twist the knob to low and then CREEP up the temp until you get the control you need for cooking. The frustration is WAY off the charts. I would buy it again.

I purchased this range in March of 2025. It is a great range. The only drawback I have to the range is the top. That is my reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star rating. I do not care for the texture of the top but have had no trouble in cleaning it. I have what appears to be a very slight chip, but the way it cooks outweighs the problems I might experience with the top. Broken after 3 years of light use

I thought the oven was great for the first couple of years we’ve had it. I have had issues with it reaching a true temperature for a couple of years now as of two weeks ago I haven’t been able to use the oven at all because it will not heat up because it isn’t sealing properly. Nothin indicates that the seal is even broken. I am very disappointed in this product definitely not worth the money spent. As far as you goes, I may have used the oven once or twice a week at the most.

JUNK & LG CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE

LG products are JUNK. I wish I had heard all the bad things about LG appliances and their customer service before buying one. Now I know. Bought a brand new stove. In "TESTING" phase it popped and threw sparks out of it and had ashes come from the top. Great features

I love all the features this stove has. The only downside is the glass cook top. I can't seem to get it as clean and polished. I dont like the rubber at the end of the glass and the grid like geature of the glass. I use Ceramabryte and Weinman stove cleaner. It does not take off the stains. I feel it takes too longer to get it clean. I have some stains that can't be removed. I should not have to spend so much time cleaning a smooth top stove.
