Cook top is junk after 6 months of use and 2 cast irons ruined the burners randomly come on, you turn the left know the right comes on sometimes, sometimes both come on and level 2 might be extra high it’s a gamble everything you cook something

Bad Range

Terrible experience, bought a new range but got a problem. I tried to contact an agent but no one helped. The burners are not working so I have difficulty to cook

Glass top help

The glass top looks scratch now. How do i fix this since this only have a limited guarantee.

Gas tange knobs are insane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the kbos on the range go in order: Lite - Hi-Med-Lo which means I have to start the burner on the highest setting/flame just to go to the lower setting. Also, the range sends a big yellow flame vefore Inhave to turn it on and it is a huge fire hazard.

HORRENDOUS COOKTOP

The temperature regulation on the burners is unbelievably ridiculous. They DO NOT drop temp when the dial is moved which means the temperature DOES NOT DROP. You have to twist the knob to low and then CREEP up the temp until you get the control you need for cooking. The frustration is WAY off the charts. NOT easy to clean!

Advertised as “easy clean.” For the oven this is true. For the cook top, cleaning this range is the absolute worst of any I have owned! The stainless steel top has a brushed finish which holds on to spills and spatters tenaciously. The grates are rough cast iron; there are three long grates which do mot fit easily in a sink, have multiple nooks and crannies which are difficult to clean, and the rough cast iron is just ridiculous. Electrical smoke. Fan not working

Right away on first turn on, electrical smoke started coming out of the rear vents. After a couple of minutes there was a flash and a bang. It turns out there was a component that bridged the fan in the oven that failed. The fan would not work then either. I returned the range. It does look like a good model but the electrical problem is not good.

Beautiful blue interior!

Inloe that the inside of the oven is blue and that there are no elements to get in the way of cleaning! I have nothag it very long but so far so good. It is level. Bakes beautifully. And broils without the door having to be crascked open so now the hest does not set off the fire alarms..just put a timer on it, cuz outf sit, out of mind! But I have to say, I LOVE it!

Broken after 3 years of light use

I thought the oven was great for the first couple of years we’ve had it. I have had issues with it reaching a true temperature for a couple of years now as of two weeks ago I haven’t been able to use the oven at all because it will not heat up because it isn’t sealing properly. Nothin indicates that the seal is even broken. I am very disappointed in this product definitely not worth the money spent. As far as you goes, I may have used the oven once or twice a week at the most.

Very poor reliability! Faulty parts. LG fails!

This range is only two years old and I started getting F9 error message, oven would not heat. Seems that the igniter is faulty as well as its ability to maintain heat once it gets there (panel reads 400 while oven thermometer reads 200). LG so far has not taken accountability for these faulty parts. I will be filing complaints with California Attorneys General and BBB. WORST STOVE TOP EVER

I used to love LG products. They have lost me with this nightmare. I bought this in November. I have had 5 service calls so far. And scheduling my 6th. They cannot get the burners right. They burn my food. Almost burnt my house down. My pan literally caught on fire while making a staple dish I have cooked for 20+ years! I have never experience this in my life. Great features

I love all the features this stove has. The only downside is the glass cook top. I can't seem to get it as clean and polished. I dont like the rubber at the end of the glass and the grid like geature of the glass. I use Ceramabryte and Weinman stove cleaner. It does not take off the stains. I feel it takes too longer to get it clean. I have some stains that can't be removed. I should not have to spend so much time cleaning a smooth top stove. Cleaning Cooktop is VERY Difficult

The oven and range work fine. The only suggestion I would have is that since it has 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 element on the cooktop (which I love) it is a little difficult to figure out which way to set the knobs. The circular indicator of which element you are using is so tiny - maybe 1/8" or smaller - that it is very difficult to see the proper setting. This range was installed mid-March and by mid-April I can already tell that the quality is less than ideal. While the range seems to work well, the cooktop portion is not worth the money we paid. We have been very gentle with the top and it is already stained and looks terrible. We don’t make a mess when cooking and have been very careful to clean anything that gets on it (even water), but the burner covers have ugly spots, the burners and cooktop look like they have stains or rust spots, and th...

Oven died after 2.5 years

Purchased in September 2022, had to replace January 2025. Worked great, no complaints other than longevity but no one enjoys replacing appliances this often, paying over $1200 just adds the sting.
