Can't afford to get another stove but when using my self cleaning mode it went hotter than supposed to caused wires to burn somewhere and smoke to come up out of the oven door and knobs leaving smoke resadue. I could not turn it off or open the door. Fortunately it stoped and I haven't used the self clean since. We could have died. The air fry mode also seems to be loosing heat. You set it but it doesn't seem as fast or efficient as originally.

very disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] worst stove ever! 1 year and few months this has been the biggest wasted money and time. the burners can't hold the settings when turned on, you set them on a certain number start doing over stuff and it starts burning your food. the burners go to wide open full heat. the only way to stop it is turn them off, then turn it back on hoping they hold the setting you set. you have to turn the burner off wait for it to cool some then try turning it b...

Not a good Product
Would Not RecommendHave had product less than a month. First time using stove top it became scratched (or the coating came off). Oven temperature is all over the place. As you can see in photos, the oven was set for 350. When the chimes went off to let me know it was there, the actual temp was 300. Eventually it climbed to 375 or so. The same thing has happened numerous times. I tweaked the calibration setting and that worked for the next use. Last night it reverted back, oven showed 350, thermometer showed 3...

I don't hate it, but it's also not perfect
I like the range overall, but the drawer below the oven is so incredibly cheap! It's literally just very thin sheet metal with no rollers or probably even guides. Opening it feels as if it were made as a display or prop, not actually to be used. The finish inside the range top bubbled the firt time it was used. The oven preheats very slowly. It takes about 2x longer than my old oven.

Wonderful stov with one personal drawback
I love the unit. The WiFi makes using it much easier but I do have one MAJOR problem with it. My wife has Alzheimer’s and she has repeatedly walked by the stove and turned a burner on. I wish there was a way to disable the stovetop. I have searched for child-proof covers for the knobs but the size of the LG knobs is too large and the knobs are too close together for any of the devices to work. I would appreciate being able to protect the stovetop from my wife.

LG LREL6323D
Would Not RecommendWe bought this stove 3 yrs ago and VERY thankful we purchased the extended warrenty, the display often loses the digital lights, the oven inside bowed out and the racks easily fell when food was placed in it, the storage/warming drawer never went in and out straight and is very flimsy, and the baking element went out and we tried replacing it, IMPOSSIBLE!! I would not recommend this at all.

This product is close to a lawsuit.. it is unsafe!
Poor product don't buy. This product has a known issue yet there is not a recall. If my family or I get hurt or my house burns I will sue this company, so many issues yet you just keep selling it and not fixing the problem. Just wait and see something bad will happen because these burners are unpredictable. My son burnt stuff on the stove today and it about killed our lungs.

Great range bad storage drawer
This range looks great and works great but the storage drawer is another story. I barely got it to open and it still doesn't work! Drawer is cheap!

Disappointing Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven in November 2021, and it has been nothing but trouble. The markings on the dials have completely worn off, making it impossible to know what setting the stove top is on. To make matters worse, only one burner works now. This is unacceptable for an appliance that is just a few years old. I regret my purchase and will not be buying LG products again.

So Disappointed
Burners do not regulate heat so I have burned myself and many meals. One tech came to look at it but did not fix the problem - still waiting on another. Have tried to just get my money back or get another range and have gotten no response. So disappointed LG has let me down. I cannot recommend you find anther item enough.

Giving it time.
I have had this for about a month now. It is really good with thn single or dual burner, only . It says Ultra Heat/Power Boil. I guess it means just that?? It would be nice to use two front burners. The top is much harder to keep clean than my last stove.

Poor build quality on minor part
I would have had no complaints if asked earlier. However, after barely owning this 2 years, the display panel is having issues. This is unacceptable for an appliance that should last at least a decade. A quick Google search shows this is a quality issues others are experiencing. But because it's over a year since purchase, LG won't take responsibility for it.

Digital display is junk.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The digital display failed within 3 years and its illegible. Worse is that they insist on making the replacement part a conglomeration of other parts to increase the price.

DO NOT BUY Defective Racks
Would Not Recommendthis electric range do not support any bakeware without tilting forward causing your food to spill. Such instance ruined the door and enamel coating the first time I used it along with burning my husband when the rack failed . I have not used it since as it is dangerous.. After the runaround and a technician finally saying unit is not repairable LG will not replace my range stating “no manufacturing defects” when clearly faulty, unsafe oven racks were sold to me.
