[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friendly and cordial serviceman called before arriving to verify time and home location, arrived as planned with proper parts, dismantled the dryer in a small work area without difficulty, completed the job within 1 hour, demonstrated the repair, verified the service cost, answered all questions, cleaned up the work area and departed.

Questionable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the time the perm press cycle doesn’t get the clothes dry and they are still wrinkled. I haven’t read to see how if you can, to keep it drying.

A few minor issues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great but several issues: the door does not stay open, can’t put it full open due to space issue and when only open 3/4 it keeps closing while unloading. Need to push a button for light to come on to see to unload!

Great Appliance! Love it!

Reliable and Dependable

I have had this dryer for five years. Large capacity that has been a consummate workmate in my home. Three loads a day for five years and able to be repaired on the rare occasion of disrepair. Still works as good as the day I bought with no end in sight.

Excellent for taking out wrinkles !!!!

Large capacity

However, shortly after using it a couple months I got the error code 80, which states that there is no airflow. I have cleaned out the the inside of the dryer, paid a professional $1,500 to clean out my air vents. The code went away for a while but came back almost immediately. I have checked the connections from the fryer to the wall, everything and nothing works. The dryer still perform...

Big, beautiful and easy!

We will never look back. It’s been worth every penny. It completely dries clothes. Even huge loads! It has like a million awesome settings the quality of the machine is outstanding and it’s pretty.

Great dryer

Pleasant surprise!, It's super quiet and I love the chime at the end (when I'm close enough to hear it!) It would be nice if there was a volume control for the chime. I could use it louder because of where the laundry room is. I have used several settings for drying clothes and it hasn't failed to impress me. I love this dryer!

Owned less than 2 months and the the big test is on durability and maintenance down the road. I bought both washer and dryer. Nice features, Quite as a church mouse. Uses very little water, clothes come out of the washer just past damp so they take less time in the dryer. Don't you need water to wash clothes. Evidently not. LG figured out a way to do it with soap and air. I think LG did a nice job with these products. Will definitely look for LG Dishwasher, and refrigerator when they need...
