This Vac doesn't suck!! Avoid - Horrible Battery

This vacuum has a horrible battery and the head breaks off easily. You would think for the price it would have been better. From the 1st time we used it, the best battery runtime we got out of it was 11 minutes. 2-3 minutes of run time became normal for most of its life before the battery went bad. I have owned this vacuum for less than a year. Also, the head snaps in very cheaply and breaks off exposing wires.

Save your money!

Only had this for about 4 months, already sent off for service because it stopped charging and self-emptying. Lid in back never fully closed, dirt all in charging port. Came back with full bag inside - even though one of our issues was that the bag won't release!!! Still stuck LOL

Starts off great then quickly fails.

Everything worked great in the beginning- great suction, easy to use, clean disposal. Then about 6 months after use it started to act up- Battery life lessened, then the compactor part would get all jammed up with debris and we would have to clean out by hand often, then the brush roll stopped working well and not engaging suction, now it doesn’t work at all (the engine gave out completely). We have only had this vacuum for about a year. That’s just unacceptable.

Less than a year broken warranty denied

Vacuum is less than a year old, barely used, and the head fell off, and they are denying the warranty.

Buy a Dyson

This unit has has issues. Stops emptying the container, stops charging. Sent it in for repairs after a couple months. Stopped working again. Oh... past 12 months, that will be 200 dollars to fix it again. Not worth the plastic its made from.

Do not buy without the warranty.

I purchased the CordZero vacuum with auto empty cordless pet stick vacuum cleaner Model #A931KWM in March of 2024. Today is October 6 2025. About three weeks ago I tried to use it but the battery was dead. It is supposed to charge on the stand. I called Lowes and the rep told me Lowes couldn't help. I thought I had purchased the warranty but obviously I did not. I live alone so it was not used much. Expensive vacuum for a year and a few months of use.

Wonderful little floor cleaning helper

This stick vac is light weight. Nice suction power. LED lights and swivel head. Handheld easy to detach and use. Self-emptying and has bag it empties into. Makes little cleanups so much easier than dragging out the big vacuum or hoping the robot vacuum finds the debris (i,e, cat litter, bathroom hair, pet hair, outdoor stuff like grass from shoes or pet’s feet, spilled sugar or salt, etc). Absolute Garbage

This the worst purchase I have ever made, not even close. Battery lasts 11 minutes. 9 on the medium suction level, 1 minute on low and turbo. And then the self emptying function does nothing. Does not remove anything from vacuum into base. Have to manually empty it.

Love the auto empty

The vacuum head broke off the stick the first day I had the vacuum. I was able to repair it, or so I thought. Now the head is off the stick and I cannot make it stay connected.

Very easy set up without direction. Very light weight. Clean up. Has an app to download

Wire Issue/Nozzle issue

I really love this vacuum but we just bought this about a year ago and it stopped working. The wires are torn apart where the nozzle swivels. I was reading some of the reviews and it seems like this is a very common issue. Please make this right LG!

20 minute battery life

Let me start by saying I never write reviews but I feel compelled to help others not make the same mistake in buying this vacuum. While the suction is extremely powerful, which is great, the battery life is terrible. The battery only last approximately 20 minutes, then it takes approximately 3 hours to recharge. I have all laminate floors throughout the main living area so I only use the vacuum for my 3 rugs and 3 bedrooms, and I can't get it all vacuumed at the same time because of the battery ...

Not great

The main issue I have with this vacuum is that somehow a ton of dog hair got pushed behind the receptacle and can't be removed. I have taken apart anything that can come apart, and still can't get to that portion.

What charge

Bartley takes a long time to fully change and it last about 15 mins

Great Idea, not ready yet

1Had 1 year, We have a German shepherd aka -lots of dog hair. it will pick it up really well, but the hair jams it up before the container is empty. Also had the whole thing die on me right around the holidays. lg service was useful but I was without the machine for a month waiting on parts.

Worst Vacuum I've Ever Had

Terrible item for a lot of money...within 6 months of using this product, the brushes stopped working, and the light on the base stopped working too. Power seemed to cycle and pulsate after these issues started. Right off the bat though, we were only able to get through cleaning one room before the batter gave out. This product looks sleek, but is not worth it.

Battery Life

I really want to give five stars, but I can’t. The specifications indicate that the “Detachable quick-release battery lets you clean for up to 60 minutes... in normal mode without Dual Floor Max Nozzle using one battery.” However, this is not accurate. I am lucky to get 10 minutes out of my vacuum. It's such a shame.
