I guess you get what you pay for :(

Works marginally ok on wood floors and only ok maneuvering. Barely works on rugs and very hard to maneuver. The bottom doesn’t lock so the vacuum doesn’t stand up on its own. You have to stick your hand in the bin to empty it - no thanks. I get that everything is moving to battery and not plug-in, but it’s a pain in my opinion, especially for this disappointing vacuum. Do not recommend.

The included wall anchors were useless. The installation directions were not great, but installation was straight forward. Like many companies, the included manual covers more than one model, which causes a bit of confusion when verifying parts. It was well packaged. We have not used it yet.

Cordless vacuum cleaner

We just purchased a washer and dryer electric front loaders and we absolutely love them. This is our first LG purchase and it definitely will not be the last. I am waiting for a good sale for the cordless vacuum cleaner. That's good with picking up dog hair there was a sale yesterday flash sale and I called to order. They told me I could not get it delivered. Needless to say I'm very disappointed so please LG let's see good sale and a cordless vacuum cleaner. Your products are absolutely amazing...

Good but not perfect.

So far we find that it works quite good. Will know better after more use. I did find that the mounting instruction miss leading and inadequate. The mounting hardware included was also inadequate, the plastic wall anchors are not a good choice. I used another metal type that are stronger and work much better. Excelent Quality and easy clean

Easy clean and lightweight product and very quiet in normal vacuum environment. with pneumonia battery endures around 40 minutes

Vacuum sucks...but not very long!

I really like that its cordless and that it converts from sick to handheld. It vacuums very well in turbo mode, but the run time at that speed is really short.

Best for wood floors

Needed a lightweight quiet stick vac to deal with all the cat hair and cat litter in our house. Only one throw rug and 2 door mats to contend with, all other floors are wood. I love the lighted floor attachment, the weight and the ease of use. I like the different suction modes (one I tried previously only had one and it was way too much). The dust bin is easy to empty and the floor attachment is very thin so fits undet most of my furniture. It's expensive but it is a Consumer Reports recomm...

Very quiet and efficient

This works very well on carpet and floors. The speed auto adjusts for each and there is an optional speed increase/decrease button if you need.

Cleans 2,000 sq ft but needs to fully charge

Initially, I used it upon assembly and the battery died after 2 passes. Charged it and it didn't do 1,000 sq ft till it died. Was going to contact customer service after the weekend, but I let it charge. Now it's working great! I can do 2,000 sq. Ft. And still have battery for trim. It's so quiet. Captures a ton of dust. Love it!! Just took a while (lol).

Best Combo with My Robot Vacuum!

After cleaning, the house looks and feels so much brighter and fresher. It also reaches places that my robot vacuum always misses, like under furniture or in corners. Using this together with a robot vacuum is honestly the perfect combo — the robot does the daily stuff, and this one finishes everything perfectly. I’m super happy with it!
