I have a mix of carpet and hardwood and I like that the vac works on every surface without fumbling around with changing accessories. It does a pretty good job on pet hair, too and we have lots of "golden glitter" from 3 golden retreivers + a long-haired cat. The bin holds a lot so we don't need to empy it every time. Junk

This is possibly the worst tool/appliance I've ever purchased. It cycles in and out of high power mode by itself. When you turn it off, dirt falls out and you have to vacuum it up again. It's 5 months old. LG is so scattered, one minute they're going to send me a motor, sent me a completely wrong part, then they say I can't change the motor, I have to send it back in the original box. Terrible customer service and communication. Run away from this vacuum or any LG vacuum. Any other choice has to...

The LG CordZero Q3 exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly powerful yet so easy to use and maintain. Even disposing of the trash is super convenient. If you're looking for a cordless vacuum, this is the one!

Batteries are not compatible to older LG vacuums.

It Sucks! But Vacuums are good for that. I wish the LG Batteries were compatible.

Worst vacuum we've ever owned

What started as a promising experience has turned into a nightmare. When it works, it has very strong suction. But that benefit is all but lost in the vacuum's persistent clogging and frustrating means of clearing the bin. It's been only 3 months and we are already on the market for a new one

This vacuum is Fantastic!

This vacuum is fantastic. The LED light makes it feel like vacuuming in HDR! You can see every speck of dust and dog hair. It glides smoothly, is much quieter than my old vacuum, and the roller stayed clean after vacuuming my whole house (no hair wrap!). Super impressed and actually enjoyed using it.

First and foremost, the design allows almost effortless use throughout all household rooms whether they are wood, carpet, and/or tile floors. No longer does one have to drag an attached, heavy vacuum motor that may or may not, follow you in the direction you wish to take it without bumping into furniture or walls.
