Simply the best!

I purchased another LG to take its place, and I just love it. It has all the old features I didn’t want to lose, plus a few new ones that I didn’t even know I wanted ( but I do!). Thanks for such a great product. LG for me now and forever!

Lint filter malfunction

This dryer has many unnecessary features and one giant problem that LG refuses to address. the lint filters are poorly manufactured and rip up clothing. all the negative comments can be found in the reviews on the lint filters. but it's a basic design flaw of the dryer. The website is poorly organized so trying to find the correct filter to replace it is made more difficult than it should. Don't buy until they fix it.

Dont Bother- Worst Customer Service

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We bought this dryer in June 2018 and within 7 months were having to have it serviced for the heater breaking. Bought extended warranty just in case and now again having the same problem 10 months later. Customer service is absolutely worst. 3 weeks+ and the dryer is still broken and customer service tells us there is nothing else they can do and we need to just keep waiting for them to come and repair it. I do not recommend this product due to the horri...

High tech!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goodness where do I even begin?? I’ve only had LG washing machines and always thought “it can’t get any better than this” oh boy was I wrong! These machines have so many options such as steaming, delicates, quick dry/quick wash, and they even have a app for your phone to connect and control the settings!

STOP RUINING MY CLOTHES!

the lint filter keeps breaking and my clothes get knotted in it. it ruined several items . I got replacement parts and still no good .

Costco Ad showed Wifi connectivity, No!!!

Bought this model washer and drier from Costco. The ad showed Wifi connectivity that is part of the functionality. However, once I received and installed. Tried connecting the washer the drier, the manual showed no wifi function. Contacted Costco and LG for clarity. No response.

So far so GREAT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer and dryer unit to replace a GE washer and dryer that were less than 5 years old and broken. I did A LOT of research and found this dryer and the 3770 washer to be the best all around in the market. We couldn't be happier with the performance and the overall value. Hopefully they have as much lasting power as their reviews say they do.

I've had my dryer for little over 2 yrs now and it's been a good dryer other than the lint catcher is warped and it has torn alot of things from sheets, clothes down to towels. A pair of my work pants got snagged on it here recently and broke the lint catcher because it got so twisted it broke. Now I have to find a replacement lint catcher. Other than that it has been a good dryer.

2 years and just found a snag

We bought this dryer 2017 and love it for the quietness and efficiency. It has just been the past couple of weeks that we have had a problem. We all clean out the lint screen every time we use the dryer but apparently lint will still builds below the filter and it has caused the filter to not sit all the way in place by 3/32 of an inch. When this happens, the filter on the right side as you are facing the dryer can pop up and catch and twist your clothes around - actually rips holes into clothin...

What I do not love is that if I run consecutive dry cycles, I often get a flow sense warning of d80. I know the duct is clean as I just hired a company to clean and video the duct. It’s a great dryer otherwise, but it’s just too sensitive.

Dryer vent catches clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dryer but the dryer vent and housing is of poor design. The lint tray does not go in flush and clothes catch on the corner. I had the dryer vent housing and lint tray replaced under warranty and it is happening again. Since out of warranty I have to pay someone to look at it it or buy another housing unit and lint tray. For as much as we paid for the dryer, you would think LG would redesign the vent and lint holder to not ruin cloth...

We needed a stackable washer and dryer so we were limited with choices. It is okay. To be honest I have not been overly impressed with it considering all of its features.
