Partially Delivered and No Help

Missing some major parts when delivered. Been calling all kinds of numbers for hours and get hung up on or number doesn't work. Lowes telling me I need to contact the manufacturer to get a part they didn't deliver after charging me for delivery?!

Oven quit after 1 use

So far, like to look and the induction is fantastic. Wish the oven would work. Bought this 6 days ago and after installers left, that night I did the "Bake Off" indicated in the manual...went well. Problem is yesterday I tried to bake potatoes and oven would not work, got F9 error code...means oven not getting heat. So logged into LG support, followed their quick troubleshoot and still not working. Here is biggest issue, unless you buy premium care, you don't get a phone number to call...at...

sabbath mode???

Quit working in middle of cooking big dinner. Wouldn't have been so bad if we had known that display showing #56 meant it had stopped cooking. Manual not much help but finally after reading the Table Of Contents, i found troubleshooting page and then carefully read thru to find this error code meant sabbath mode.. the error code referred me back to TOC where i had to look up sabbath code and then on to the sabbath mode page to finally get the code sequence . Why can't pushing CLEAR work? Al...

Installation by Lowe’s was awful, damage to wall, didn’t install safety tip over foot. All in all a mess

Worked great 'til it did'nt!

Loved this range for less than 5 months until the two left burners stopped working. I spoke with LG; a service company called the same day and left a message. Service folks said they were giving info to a technician and would get back to me in 24-48 hours. It's almost a week later and nothing is happening. Service company is not responding to my calls or texts. Very poor service.

Was forced into buying an electric stove so decided to give induction a shot - blessing in disguise. The temp control is insane on this thing. It boils and heats up food so fast!

Induction great, convection not so great

Love the look, cleaning of the cooktop, induction, but hate the oven. Convection doesn't work at all: heat and fan but the items never get baked. So we'll use the regular oven. Nothing gets done in the time it's supposed to be done with many dishes taking twice as long. That's up from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. We just want to eat! When baking anything on a sheet it has to be rotated half way through because the back of the oven is hotter. Air frying is okay but not quick or great. I'm very, very...
