I am beyond frustrated with my LG front-loader. I’ve always considered LG a top-tier brand and was happy to pay a premium for what I thought would be a long-lasting, reliable appliance. Bad bad bad DONT BUY
DO NOT BUY. I got mine when these first came out. Was great for the first month or so then it started taking longer and longer to dry. Even with small loads this thing has started taking almost all day by year one. This thing is more of a hassle than using a regular waher dryer setup due to the fact it leave a mess of lint all over the seal and then no matter how much you clean it every 5 or so loads it clogs the water drainage filter. I absolutely love this washer. It's really easy to use and the automatic soap dispenser allows for my kids to wash clothes with over using laundry soap. It is super quiet. I also love that you can change the music when the cycle is done. I can wash during nap time and my toddler hears nothing . I am also able to wash my king size comforter and it cleans it thoroughly. The cycles are fast and quiet. The AI is great when you are in a rush

Would Not RecommendIf I could do it over again, I would have paid whatever it cost to fix or rebuild my 18 year old Kenmore machines. I am unable to do what I could do with my older machine with a simple 2 button selection. Settings are not intuitive at all, and calling customer support is of no value. HORRIBLE PRODUCT JUST LIKE THEIR SERVICE
Nothing works. Oh wait, maybe because I don't have the machine? It'd be nice if it was delivered but until then I'd consider this a pile of nothing because it's quite literally an empty space. Support on this has been complete crap, it's probably a good reflection on the product itself. I'd avoid this whole brand as it seems they don't care about their customers.
