Would RecommendThis was a replacement for an old Jenn air dishwasher. What an incredible upgrade. I did some research however using it truly convinced me this is a great unit. It’s extremely quiet. It’s WiFi enabled and it has a light at the. Bottom of front of the machine to tell you where you are ( if you don’t have the app) in the cycle. A little on the high side for the price. If it last more than 5 yrs it’s great.

Missing power cord and no call back
Would Not RecommendI dont know how well it works yet, I just bought it. However, it said it was suppose to come with a power cord in which it did not. Called customer service and was told I would recieve a call back by the end of the day. 3 days later and still have not received a call.

Excellent cleaning at a fair price point
Would RecommendWe are upgrading from an old Bosch left over from former owners, and it is so nice not to have to pre-soak or rinse anything. The "heavy" function, with steam, is awesome, cleaning up even baked on and oily residues. Our only concern is that parts of the shelves are plastic and don't feel completely solid, so could be a durability issue in the future.

leaked, no power cord as advertised super noisy
Would Not Recommendit did not come with the power cord as advertised and leaked out of the right-side door. the racks do not move/glide easily and the top rack it too close to the top of the dishwasher and does not fit my butter knives like the other silverware does. it was very loud.
