Frustrating product
This product cools very unevenly, sometimes freezing and other times not cooling enough. Plus, while the space is large, it's very pool organized and there are almost no options to purchase accessories that might make it more functional. It was reasonably priced, but if I had the choice to make again, I would definitely choose a different product.

Ease of use
I like the roominess of this side by side frig. It is easy to organize and still see what I have on the shelves. There is also room for a good size Turkey in the freezer.

Every thing was fine as far as customer service & delivery. Once we had it in the house & the light is on it, the door looks like it has little dents in it, look hail dents would look like.

I paid less than $400 for a $1200 (originally $1600) refrigerator, due to 2 small dents on the sides, and a scratch on the lower-front of the freezer door. Nice Appearance, Fridge temp above setpoint
Like the Fridge outside and shelving. Ice maker works well, started making ice in 24 hours. Seems to make ice steady, not fast. Freezer temp is stable between setpoint to 5 degrees above setpoint. Very pleased with it. Fridge temp does not reach setpoint. Set to 33 and Fridge average temp is 38. Lowest temperature is around 36. Never hits 36 setpoint. I'm checking the temp at all 4 shelves.
